PRP Treatment in Leesburg

My ear was hurting me.I walked in on a Saturday morning and didn’t have to wait long after filling out the paper work. The staff was very nice and place was nice and clean.

I am very pleased with the care I received from Susan and Ken. I went to my PCP 3 times and was not getting better. I went to see Susan and after first treatment I was 50% better. I can't thank them enough.

I am blown away by the positive experience that I had while in so much ear pain via my issue. The receptionist Sierra is one of the sweetest girls I've had the pleasure of meeting; she was always smiling, professional, and extremely pleasant. She is a rock star and I probably wouldn't have come to this facility if I hadn't spoken with her on the phone. (I'd consider giving her a raise...cough*...cough*). Yes, the wait time was a bit long but what medical office doesn't have a wait? It's a medical facility, not McDonald's. Overall, I would give this facility 10 million stars if I could; my ear pain was alleviated, and the p.a/doctor were both amazing. (Remember: not every medical condition can be fixed, discovered, or adjusted easily; as a patient from a patient please be kind to our healthcare professional teams).Thank you Lake Regional Urgent Care!

best experience ever with a prompt care and everyone from the front desk girl, nurse and APRN-BC and entire staff were amazing and caring. Tim Roberts & Amber Giese really took the time to figure out what was wrong with me and were so nice. I was from out of state & not where I wanted to be on my vacation, but every thing went well and in a timely manor. Thank-you to the entire staff!!

I had a great experience from start to finish. I got there right at 8:30 am. I went in for a sore throat and was quickly taken back within 20-25 minutes. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was then seen by Joey the tech who was attentive and caring. Tim the nurse practitioner was through and listened to my concerns. The entire process took 50 minutes. I was happy with the care I received and the entire staff was professional and caring. I would definitely go back to this urgent care.

Had a great experience at Lake Regional Urgent Care. I cut my finger and 7 days later it got infected. On Jul 5th, 2024, at about 1100 AM, I went to Lake Regional Urgent Care and they took great care of me. I was tended to by a nurse practitioner named Ryan. He was polite, caring, smart and gave the the expert care I needed. He put me on the correct medicine to fight the infection and gave me the correct follow-up instructions for my condition ( I followed up with my doctor and he concurred with Ryan). I am now 100% healed. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! For those reasons, they get my highest review.

5 star and family oriented is the true definition for this place. I was injured on the job and instantly as soon as I walked into the establishment, I was greeted with smiles and warming hellos. The doctor on staff was so easy to talk too while he explained all of my options very clearly and respectfully. Out of all the option in the area this one by far, is the BEST!

Susan Neal, the nurse practitioner I saw while being seen as a patient at LRUC, was extremely caring and listened to my concerns. Her diagnostic skills were excellent as well as her bedside manner. I also brought my elderly parents to see her and it was a nice change from other specialists they have seen, from other offices, who don’t really listen to them and rush them out (which I have been witness to on many visits with other unaffiliated offices. Elderly patients need care providers who will listen and actually take the time to understand what they are saying or asking, instead of assuming they “know” and rushing them out to keep their “quota” up!) Susan Neal was very good with them and helped get them what they needed. I would recommend her if looking for a practitioner who is knowledgeable and cares.

I had a visit at your clinic yesterday. APRN-C Amber Giese took good care of my situation, was very thorough on the examination of my problem, gave good advise and medications ordered. Secretary was very attentive, well informed, and had a kind nature with the clients. I thank you for the care I received. I do have an advise for the clinics to save money: The person calling clients to the room takes the Vital signs, then stays in the room doing nothing, while the other person takes information written and transfers it to the computer, with pertinent questions to the client. You could save money by having the person asking the question and computer work, do the calling of the client to the room and do the Vital signs. My doctor does it this way and his office saves money. (my opinion).

I went to LRUC with flu symptoms, I was diagnosed with Covid. doctors are very nice and always prescribe the right medication. Service is pretty fast . 5 stars
