My ear was hurting me.I walked in on a Saturday morning and didn’t have to wait long after filling out the paper work. The staff was very nice and place was nice and clean.

Susan Neal, the nurse practitioner I saw while being seen as a patient at LRUC, was extremely caring and listened to my concerns. Her diagnostic skills were excellent as well as her bedside manner. I also brought my elderly parents to see her and it was a nice change from other specialists they have seen, from other offices, who don’t really listen to them and rush them out (which I have been witness to on many visits with other unaffiliated offices. Elderly patients need care providers who will listen and actually take the time to understand what they are saying or asking, instead of assuming they “know” and rushing them out to keep their “quota” up!) Susan Neal was very good with them and helped get them what they needed. I would recommend her if looking for a practitioner who is knowledgeable and cares.

I am very pleased with the care I received from Susan and Ken. I went to my PCP 3 times and was not getting better. I went to see Susan and after first treatment I was 50% better. I can't thank them enough.

I had a visit at your clinic yesterday. APRN-C Amber Giese took good care of my situation, was very thorough on the examination of my problem, gave good advise and medications ordered. Secretary was very attentive, well informed, and had a kind nature with the clients. I thank you for the care I received. I do have an advise for the clinics to save money: The person calling clients to the room takes the Vital signs, then stays in the room doing nothing, while the other person takes information written and transfers it to the computer, with pertinent questions to the client. You could save money by having the person asking the question and computer work, do the calling of the client to the room and do the Vital signs. My doctor does it this way and his office saves money. (my opinion).

I went to LRUC with flu symptoms, I was diagnosed with Covid. doctors are very nice and always prescribe the right medication. Service is pretty fast . 5 stars

best experience ever with a prompt care and everyone from the front desk girl, nurse and APRN-BC and entire staff were amazing and caring. Tim Roberts & Amber Giese really took the time to figure out what was wrong with me and were so nice. I was from out of state & not where I wanted to be on my vacation, but every thing went well and in a timely manor. Thank-you to the entire staff!!
